Service Opportunities

There are many ways to serve your Emmaus community and support the Walks.  Below are links to several of them.  To let us know of your interests you can always fill out a Willing Servant Survey.

• Sponsor a Pilgrim - Share the Emmaus experience!  Learn more about sponsorship here.

• Prayer Vigil - Each Walk is bathed in prayer by the community.  Sign up to be part of the prayer vigil at our monthly gatherings.

• Work in the Kitchen - The kitchen is staffed by volunteers like you each Walk weekend.  Sign up at our monthly gatherings or email the kitchen coordinator.  Here are some of the recipes used on the weekends.

• Logistics - The logistics team is staffed by volunteers and is responsible for set-up, tear-down, and assisting pilgrims at check-in for each Walk weekend.  You can volunteer online here!

• Social Committee - The Social Committee is responsible for organizing certain activities of the community such as Gatherings.  Volunteer online!

• Be on a Team - After going on your Walk and being active in the community, you may be invited to be part of the live-in team for a weekend.  You can express your interest by filling out a Willing Servant Survey.
